For those of you who get a lot of gray hair, do you pluck them out?

I have a genetic predisposition to getting a lot of gray hair.
It feels like white hair now, rather than just gray hair. There are so many of them.
However, my hair tends to grow quickly.
Even if I dye my hair, gray hair grows back in about two weeks.
I used to do root touch-ups, and now I do self-dyeing...
But I wonder if my scalp has become sensitive.
My scalp gets red and painful when I dye my hair frequently.
I'm having trouble deciding.
My older sister is someone who only has one or two gray hairs now, so she pulls them out.
I used to have alopecia areata, so every single hair on my head is so precious to me🤣🤣
