How do you all manage your under-eyes when they start looking sunken?
Lately, whenever I look in the mirror, I am most self-conscious about the area under my eyes.
I didn't really notice it before, but at some point, my under-eyes started looking sunken and my dark circles seem to have gotten darker, so it's stressing me out.
Even on days when I get enough sleep and feel good, I get told I look tired, and when I take photos, the area under my eyes is the first thing that stands out, so it really lowers my confidence.
I've been consistently applying eye cream and massaging my eyes, but I don't really see any noticeable changes; in fact, it feels like they are getting more sunken as time goes by.
When I search online, there is a lot of talk about procedures like under-eye fat repositioning, fillers, and Rejuran, but I'm not sure which one is right for me, and I'm also worried about potential side effects.
People around me say it is a natural change that comes with aging, but if there is any way to improve it even a little, I would like to try it.
I am also curious whether it can be managed with home care alone, or at what point I need the help of procedures.
Is there anyone else out there who, like me, was worried about hollow under their eyes but has seen improvement?
Please share your honest experiences regarding which treatments were the most effective and if there were any procedures or products you have no regrets about.🙏
Lately, it bothers me every time I look in the mirror, so I really want to hear from others who have gone through the same struggle.
