Isn't medium length the most awkward length?

I'm growing out my hair from a bob.
The length is the most awkward right now, and styling it is difficult.

It's too short to tie.
When I unravel it, the ends keep sticking out lol

I wonder how everyone is getting through this time.
Is there no other way but to just endure it and raise it?
