Does the volume really last a long time if you sleep with hair rollers on?

I'm too lazy to blow-dry my hair every morning
I'm thinking about buying Velcro hair rollers these days.

I wish my bangs and the crown of my head had a little more volume.
Is the difference in effectiveness greater than expected?

I'm also wondering if it's uncomfortable to sleep with it on.
