Don't you end up using body mist more than perfume in the summer?

Since the weather is getting hotter
I found heavy perfumes a bit overwhelming.

So lately, I find myself looking at body mists a lot.
I'm worried because there are a lot of comments saying the staying power is too short.

Is body mist definitely better for light use?
