Please recommend some cosmetics for reducing neck wrinkles!

Because I suddenly gained a lot of weight and developed a habit of hanging my head down

I have a lot more horizontal neck wrinkles now. I heard that once wrinkles form, they don't go away...

Are there any cosmetics that might alleviate this even a little?

For starters, at least I'm using eye cream... but I spread it on my neck wrinkles.

I would appreciate it if you could let me know about effective cosmetics or skincare methods.
