Please recommend a lip balm that keeps lips moisturized for a long time💧

Lately, my lips have been chapped so easily and dead skin keeps flaking off, so I'm really worried..😢
Besides the Etude Ginger Sugar Overnight Lip Mask I currently use, I am looking for a lip balm that is light and good for daily application. Please recommend any products that keep lips moisturized for a long time!
