손톱에 세로줄 생기는 건 나이 들면서 자연스럽게 생기는 경우도 꽤 많아요 건조하거나 영양 부족, 손 자주 쓰는 영향으로 더 도드라져 보이기도 하고요 근데 갑자기 심해지거나 색이 변하면 한 번 체크해보는 게 좋아요
My fingernails always... always have those... lines on them?
That is the situation..
It's not like all my nails are like that, but both thumbs, both little fingers, and... two more? That's a lot.
Even if I apply nail strengthener... or rub them with a nail file to soften them... they go back to their original state after a few days. Why is it like this? I'm not sure if it's still the same..
Is there a way to get rid of it?
