(Question) Is scalp gua sha effective for alleviating hair loss?

Hair loss is progressing due to stress and dieting

I've been really worried lately because of my thinning hair and sparse scalp.
I don't know where all my thick, voluminous hair went.
I worry every time I look in the mirror, and even though I make sure to eat foods that are good for the scalp and hair health, and take supplements,
My hair is still thin, my scalp is hot, and it's driving me absolutely crazy.
But I can't exactly go to work wearing a hat either.
So, I bought a scalp gua sha this time. I plan to use it to massage the crown of my head, the back of my neck, and the sides of my head.
I hear it is very effective, so I am wondering if it is also effective for hair loss symptoms.
