I swim for exercise.
The swimming pool water contains chlorine and smells, so I do a grain massage when I shower after swimming. Fortunately, this pool doesn't prohibit the massage, so I have been doing it, but I would like to know if it is okay to do this every day.
Some people say that using it every day puts a strain on the skin, but thinking it would be fine, I don't use foam cleanser every day; instead, I just lightly apply it to my face and gently roll it around.
