Are there any specific cosmetics or skincare methods that are effective for wrinkles around the eyes?

I thought wrinkles around the eyes only appeared when smiling....

Lately, I’ve been noticing that I’ve developed a lot of wrinkles around my eyes even when I’m not smiling.

Because of my wrinkles around my eyes, makeup gets stuck in the lines when I wear it.

These days, I can't even laugh to my heart's content.

Even though I apply eye cream before bed and try to take care of myself...

My wrinkles around my eyes are getting worse day by day.

Once it has formed, it won't go away... but I'm going to try to make it happen less in the future.

Are there any cosmetics other than eye cream that are effective for wrinkles around the eyes?

Or is there a specific way to manage eye wrinkles to prevent them from forming?
