Wrinkle management around the mouth

As I get older, I'm becoming concerned about wrinkles around my mouth. I've tried applying eye cream and retinol cream, but they don't seem to have much effect. Lately, I've been using a dissolving thread ampoule.

Still, I think it's better than other products. I would appreciate it if you could recommend a product that helps reduce wrinkles when applied around the mouth. My skin is thin, so I can't use vitamin products, and I can't use products with strong retinol ingredients because they cause skin breakouts. Please let me know if there is a product that is gentle for someone like me that doesn't compromise my skin barrier. Please take care of your skin this cold winter.
