BEST(Question) Please recommend a medicine that is effective for excessive sebum and acne on the face.

Even though I am middle-aged, it seems I have a constitution with a lot of sebum on my face and body.
I am worried because I frequently get acne on my back and chest, and my face is also very oily. I am wondering which over-the-counter medications are effective.
I'm also curious if the oral medication worked for you.
A few years ago, I used to go to a dermatology clinic for laser treatments to treat melasma.
