How to grow eyelashes faster

I am posting this because I am losing so many eyelashes.

I usually wear mascara often, and because of that, my eyelashes fall out way too frequently, both when I remove them and for other reasons. I'm thinking of trying a Cosnori eyelash serum, so could those of you who have used it please let me know what it's like? Also, if you know of any good products, I would appreciate your recommendations!!
