I'm worried about acne on my scalp. Are there any good products?

I've been realizing for a while that my scalp health has been deteriorating.
Yellow and red bumps like acne kept popping up, so it bothered me a lot.
Because of that, I even started losing my hair ㅠㅠ I washed my hair twice a day to take care of it, but
Even though I try my best to avoid greasy food and dry my scalp thoroughly,
The scalp acne hasn't gone away. It's still ongoing.
