I'm curious about reviews from those of you who are going foundation-free! Are there really that many advantages?

There are a lot of people going foundation-free these days, you know.
I've been thinking about it for a while too, but I haven't been able to give it a try yet haha~
I wonder why it's so hard to go out without foundation...
I felt unsure for some reason because I was worried that my blemishes or redness would show through.
But seeing the talk about the advantages of foundation-free products these days, I am actually tempted.
I think it should take less time in the morning and allow the skin to breathe a bit.
It seems like it would be less irritating... (Honestly, doing full makeup every day is a hassle too lol)
By any chance, has anyone here personally tried the foundation-free product?
I wonder if it's possible because your skin is naturally good, or if you have a routine or a secret product.

And what is the reason everyone goes foundation-free?
Because you're lazy? To improve your skin? Or are you just following the trend lol?
