Are the effects of beauty devices actually noticeable?

Looking around these days, I can definitely feel that interest in skincare has changed compared to the past.

It feels a bit awkward to openly visit a dermatologist, but I hear that nowadays, thanks to beauty devices, treatments can be performed at home.

Personally, as I increasingly feel that my skin isn't what it used to be, I do think it needs care, but

It is true that hospitals or specialized procedures can be burdensome.

So, I started looking at home care devices that are relatively easy to access, and naturally, I began to have questions about the effectiveness of beauty devices.

What I am curious about is safety and scientific evidence. I want to know what significance simply feeling warm or vibrating actually has for the skin, and whether the effects of beauty devices lead to a temporary mood change or to actual improvement in skin condition. I also believe it is important to consider whether the effectiveness of beauty devices varies depending on usage frequency or method.

I would like to hear honest testimonials from actual users to see if anyone has experienced meaningful beauty device effects with just a short investment of time amidst a busy daily life. I look forward to realistic responses without exaggeration.

저도 많이 걱정도 되고 궁금한 부분이에요 아무래도 전문가가 시술하지 않고 스스로 하는 것이다보니 안전성이 많이 걱정되죠 ㅠㅠ
