Please recommend a beauty device for home care.

As I get older, I'm noticing wrinkles and sagging under my eyes, as well as the skin under my chin gradually increasing. I'm really worried about it. Lately, beauty devices have caught my eye. Home shopping channels advertise high-frequency devices and home care gadgets extensively, but I feel like the claims are exaggerated, so I'm debating whether or not to buy one.

For those who have actually purchased this, did it work? I bought an infrared device for acne treatment in the past, but I saw almost no effect and practically left it unused, so I'm very worried.
