Are beauty devices effective for redness?

To be honest, I don't know how effective beauty devices are, so I've just been looking at them intently but haven't been able to buy any.

Elasticity and wrinkles are important, but will it be effective for redness?

I am concerned because my face changes more drastically in the winter, becoming red and hot, so I am wondering if a device product would be effective.

I want to make my skin stronger and less sensitive to redness or weather conditions. Please recommend a device product.

I'd like to try a device product if it's effective, but there are so many types that I have trouble choosing. Please give me some recommendations.
