[Question] It says this is a skin tone-up foam cleanser. Will it be effective?

It's a foam cleanser that claims to improve skin tone after washing, but I'm not really sure if it will be effective. I usually skip Wadiz for now, though. Does anyone here know a lot about Wadiz?
