Has anyone tried this cosmetic for freckles and blemishes?

I've developed a lot of freckles and blemishes under my eyes, probably because I've been exposed to too much sun.

It was fine having one or two, but once they appeared, a lot of freckles and blemishes started showing up rapidly...
I couldn't stand it anymore, so I was looking for cosmetics to manage my freckles and blemishes. I heard this product is very effective, so I've been trying it out.
The problem is that whenever I use this product for freckles and blemishes, the area I applied it feels hot and flushed... ㅠㅠ No matter how much I searched for reviews, I couldn't find any others mentioning that the area felt hot after applying the product like mine...
I wonder if this cosmetic product doesn't suit me... or if I shouldn't be using it?
Or is it supposed to be like that, or will it get better if I keep applying it?
