Does anyone here use a gua sha?

I've been stressed about my face shape lately, so I bought a gua sha to manage it with home care.

I'm using this heart-shaped gua sha because it seems the safest bet.

But opinions are split 50/50 between those who say using gua sha on the face is bad and those who say it is good.

Has anyone who uses Gua Sha seen any results?
