How do you protect your scalp during the summer?

I also found out about it recently after watching YouTube.

I heard that the scalp is also sensitive to UV rays, and that it is one of the causes of hair damage and hair loss.

I don't wear hats often because they feel stuffy.

I'm looking into scalp sunscreens and sunsprays. Has anyone tried them?
