What criteria should I use to choose a tone-up sunscreen?

My skin is on the darker side.
It is just the right level for the expression "dark-skinned."
So I always finish my makeup with a foundation and powder pact that are slightly lighter than my skin tone.
As a result, my makeup ended up getting quite thick.
Since I absolutely have to wear sunscreen in the summer, I apply it before foundation, then foundation, and finally finish with powder compact; but if I even sweat, my face seems to get really messy.
In the meantime Tone-up sunscreen I found out that... Tone-up sunscreen I heard that you can go out without heavy makeup just by applying this, but what criteria should I use when choosing one for oily skin like mine?
