Give me some tips for totally bomb-like skin! (Photo included)

I am I'm in 8th grade.

I have oily skin with a lot of sebum, and my makeup disappears after just a few hours. I don't know how to do my skincare routine, including foam cleansers and things like that.

I don't have acne right now, but I have blackheads on my nose.

My pores are really bad next to my nose and under my eyes.

I see commercials where people wash their faces with oil or something to remove sebum from their pores. What would be good?
