Can I get beautiful skin if I do a face mask every day⁉️

When I ask people around me with good skin, I hear they use inexpensive face masks every day. But as the saying goes, "too much of a good thing is bad," wouldn't that actually have a negative effect on the skin?

I do it about twice a week, but since my skin is dry, I am debating whether to try doing it every day.
