I have dry skin during the spring and autumn transitional seasons.
In winter, it is so dry that I cannot even wear makeup.
Still, I do basic makeup unless it's winter. But my skin gets drier after I apply makeup, you know.
Please recommend a product that moisturizes well and doesn't dry out the skin even after applying makeup.
Also, please tell me how to apply makeup to reduce dryness.
