Should I moisturize even if I don't feel tight or dry?

I have a question regarding moisturizing.
Since I don't feel much tightness or dryness in my facial skin yet, I am taking care of my face without moisturizing.
I see a lot of posts here expressing concern about the dryness.
Even if I don't experience much tightness like me, would it be good to do moisturizing care?
It isn't inconvenient, so I don't feel the need for it.
Reading this makes me a little unsettled.
Should I at least apply some moisturizer?
