Sigh~~ Please share some great tips for moisturizing your skin during the changing seasons~

Is it because of the change of seasons? My skin is a mess.
Even though I try to apply moisturizer, my makeup doesn't go on well.
Exfoliation also occurs.

I can't say that age has absolutely no effect, but even though I use face masks, they aren't very effective.
Are there any unique moisturizing tips that can be useful?
