How do you handle moisturizing care for normal to dry (combination??) skin?

My facial skin has both dry and normal areas depending on the spot.

I feel like there are days when I wonder if it's Jisung... ㅠㅠ

People around me say I don't seem to have dry skin, but after washing my face, I realize that I actually do.

If I don't apply toner and lotion right after washing my face, my skin feels tight immediately.

However, I only feel dryness after washing my face, and when I apply makeup or skincare, people around me don't notice at all.

They say it's not dry skin..

My skin feels very tight only after washing my face. How do you care for this?
