No, when Mom kept saying her heels were cracking and scraping off the white dead skin with something like a perforated stone...
I was wondering why it looked like that...
Is it normal for my skin to get this dry and flaky as I get older?
From one day on, it kept hardening like a callus, just like a child who walks around without washing their feet.
White dead skin is falling off;;;;
For now, it gets better if I just soak it in hot water when washing my feet and scrape it off with my fingernails.
I saw my friends saying that it is getting worse and worse, and when it starts cracking, it even causes pain.
Is there a separate way to manage this?
I heard there's an ointment called Gounbal; people say it makes your skin a bit softer if you apply it. Has anyone tried it?
Actually, it's at least okay when I wear long sleeves or long pants~
If I expose my arms and legs, they keep getting dry and flaking off white.
I've been applying moisturizing cream, but it's still like this.....
Getting older really brings all sorts of strange symptoms to the body.
