Are there any items that would be helpful for dry skin?

My skin tends to be very dry.
The skin is very dry even in spring and autumn.
It also tends to be a bit dry on the inside.
I feel like applying too many different products just because my skin is dry might be a burden to it.
It doesn't seem to be fully absorbed, so...
I just want to apply a few simple things...
There are so many moisturizing products out there that I'm not sure which one would be best for consistent care.
Do you have any items that would be helpful for dry skin?
Please give me a recommendation~~
