Moisturizing cream for oily skin

I have extremely oily skin. It's the kind of skin where oil comes back within an hour, even if I use blotting paper or powder. Because of this, I tend to avoid sticky and heavy products like lotions or creams. However, lately, perhaps due to a lack of moisture, I've been getting dead skin cells that I never had before, and my breakouts have gotten worse. Please recommend a moisturizing product that isn't too heavy for me. I hope it helps with my skin troubles as well.
