I'm curious about how to moisturize when my skin is dry.

My skin is very dry.

Even though it is summer, it cracks up nicely and turns white.

No matter how much I apply skin lotion, it just won't listen.

I've tried serums and stuff, but it's no use.

For those with extremely dry skin, please share some solutions.
