I would like to know a moisturizing routine for dry skin.

Since it is spring, my skin is naturally dry, but it seems to be getting even drier lately. I am desperate to moisturize with hydrating cream, but the relief is only temporary, and because my face gets dry again, my makeup tends to look a bit patchy. I am not good at achieving a natural-looking makeup finish. I would like to receive advice on cosmetics that are particularly good for moisturizing, or on other products.
