Do you usually do contouring with your hands or a brush?

Whenever I try to do contouring, I feel like powder will fly around if I use a brush, so I usually do it with my fingers at home.

I'm curious whether most people use a brush or their hands.

I want to try using a brush because I think it would look more natural, but I am currently using my hands and rubbing it in.

I'm also curious which product would be best to use if I were to use a brush.
