Contouring experts, please share some great tips!

hello.

I am in my mid-to-late 20s, but I still don't know much about makeup.

I was too lazy to do it and just lived like a natural person, and now I look like this ㅠㅠ. Is there anyone out there who is good at contouring and has a secret tip of their own? Is this really important?

I would also be very grateful if you could recommend some contouring products. Please leave lots of advice in the comments.
