Are there any contouring products that help define facial lines?

There are no particularly angular parts on my face.

It feels like my facial lines are becoming less defined as I get older.

I feel like I wouldn't be able to do plastic surgery or procedures because I'm scared.

I think it would be difficult to go for massages regularly, too.
