Please recommend a non-irritating lip balm free of harmful ingredients.

Hello. Ever since I was young, I’ve had excessive peeling on my lips. I tried to manage it, but it got so severe that I ended up applying steroids. Until a few years ago, I also suffered from seborrheic dermatitis and seborrheic scalp dermatitis, so I applied steroids for quite a long time back then as well. Even now, it’s not completely cured; it has only improved. So, I’m planning to buy a lip balm, but I’m worried that if it contains too many harmful ingredients, it will irritate my skin too much. I am looking for a product with almost no harmful ingredients and good efficacy. Do you happen to have any product recommendations?
