In a way, it seems easy, but lip care is actually really difficult. Just applying lip balm doesn't seem to fix the flaking. Moreover, my lips tend to chap easily in the winter, so lip care is especially tough during this season. Even if I apply lip balm properly, my lips start to flake by the afternoon. How can I care for them? Do you happen to know of any good products?
