How can I remove dead skin cells from my lips and achieve a vibrant lip color?

Lip flaking...it's not always present, though.

Once it appears, it gets messy... and I keep picking at it...

Especially when applying lip products... ㅠㅠ

How do you usually care for dead skin cells?

Please let me know if there is a way to get rid of it with just one or two treatments...

and..

The lip color itself... looks lifeless...

There’s probably nothing we can do about this, right?

What are some vibrant lip products?

The lip balm type one...

(As for makeup lip products?? Since I often don't wear makeup, I want to apply something light that looks like I'm not wearing any at all...)
