Please give me a recommendation...

My lips lack color or vitality, so they look a bit sick, if that makes sense... Anyway, that's how they are. Please recommend a tint or lip balm that is colored and easy to carry around!

I usually just go around without wearing anything. Also, I think lip balm would be better than tint if possible. However, I'm not sure if there are any colored lip balms out there. Since I don't wear makeup, I don't know much about cosmetics. Anyway, please recommend some colored tints or lip balms!
