WakeMake Water Velvet Cover Foundation 19 Porcelain
hello~!!
ᙏ ̤ ̫ Beep beep ᙏ ̤ It is 🙇♀️🙇♀️
Today, it's !!bought with my own money!! Even if it's expensive, I had no choice but to buy it with my own money.
I’d like to introduce a product that isn’t currently available~!!📦
-Product Name-
WakeMake Water Velvet Cover Foundation
19 porcelain
-Where to buy-
Offline: Olive Young Online: Olive Young App
-price-
26000 I remember buying it for less than 1 won.
(It might not be very detailed!! ㅇㅅㅇ)
It is circulating widely on the internet and social media advertisements, etc.
It's an item that catches my eye often these days, so I've been really into it for a while now.
This is the foundation product I was curious about!!
I went to Olive Young in person during the last week of September to buy it!! Originally, I agonized over whether to buy it or not before purchasing it... haha
I looked up some reviews and stuff, and since they were selling a foundation, a foundation brush, and two puffs as part of a special promotion, I thought, "This is a great deal!" and grabbed it right away (lol).
I loved the design itself because it’s unique and typical of WakeMake. I also love silver, and since the lid is silver, it completely stole my heart...🎶
My foundation brush is too dirty right now ㅠㅅㅠ
I have attached a small note at the bottom of the second photo!! I looked up foundation brushes myself, and the price is
It was 18,000 won!! But isn't it amazing that the foundation, puff, and brush are all under 26,000 won? Haha.
At this level, it feels like I bought a brush and got the foundation as a freebie. 😂
-Foundation Brush-
Speaking of foundation brushes...
It is really, really thin and the bristles are sturdy, so it doesn't get damaged quickly.
I really liked that I could use it for a long time.
Many people use spatulas these days, but this brush made me realize that a foundation brush can also create a really beautiful finish!
Next, I’ll show you the opening visible when you open the lid! A bit too much comes out if you squeeze it just once, so I’ll adjust the amount a little before showing you!
I purchased color #19 Porcelain.
There was a brighter color than this!!
I think it was shade #17 Pale? Anyway, that shade looked too bright, so I bought #19 for a more balanced fit, and I think it's really good :)
- Spreadability test video -
The type that isn't too watery but flows down easily
Actually, when you apply it to your skin, you might feel that it is slightly matte! I don't have extremely dry skin, but I do have slightly dry skin, and it was fine for me :)
I liked that it gives a glowing finish when applied, but allows for a matte look when patted with a puff. If you prefer a matte finish, I recommend applying a light layer of powder!
- Darkening
And!! Since there was some mention of darkening in the reviews, I wanted to let you know that I didn't experience any darkening!!
I tend to wear foundation and go out all day, so I tried this as a test, and it didn't get darker or much different from the beginning!
(Individual differences may apply*)
-puff-
Next up is the soft bean rice cake that was included in the special exhibition.
Let me show you the puff for a moment!
I really wanted to touch this puff even before I bought it.
It is really on the thick side, so even when I apply it to my skin and pat it in, I wonder if I'm using a puff correctly...
It’s so mochi-like that it makes you feel good!
The puff feels a bit small, and the finger slot only fits two fingers, but I didn't experience any major inconvenience while using it :)
Also, when using it with foundation, the puff didn't absorb any of it, and washing it about 2-3 times a week seems to be the most appropriate and best way :3
- Skin test -
Haha, I'm a little embarrassed, but really! Lastly
We conducted a test by applying it to the skin!!
My skin type is slightly dry with mild acne and quite a few small bumps... and in the center of my face
It is a type with a reddish tint.
I don't use touch-up or concealer, only WakeMake foundation
This is the result of using only...
The clean look, as if it were completely retouched.
I was truly amazed and surprised again by the skin finish, looking as if my skin had totally absorbed the foundation!🤩
If there is one slight downside, it is that while the spreadability and lack of flaking were all good, I think those with small bumps should exfoliate first before applying it!
If you apply it to the millet areas, should I say it turns into crispy millet chips...? The fact that it doesn't come off easily could be a downside. ㅠㅠ Sob.
As for longevity and transfer, there was some moderate to high-level transfer, but the staying power was literally amazing! There was a little bit of creasing on the nose, but it was barely visible unless you looked very closely :)
I recommend that those with dry or very dry skin definitely exfoliate before applying this. I recommend this product for combination and oily skin types!!
The foundation itself is quite mild, so I think even those with sensitive skin will be able to use it well :)
(I didn't get acne or anything like that.)
