Do you do a lot of matte makeup even in winter?

I tend to wear a lot of dewy makeup, but it rubs off when I wear a mask.

I want to do a matte makeup look using blush and highlighter.

Are there any products that can bring out a matte finish?

I think it would be good if it were in powder form.
