How can I get a personal color diagnosis that is at least somewhat accurate...

Everyone around me says I look like a cool tone, but when I actually do my makeup, I feel like cool-toned colors don't suit me at all.

So I tried dividing the colors into summer cool and winter cool, too...
Winter Cool types, in particular, seem to make people look a bit too intense, if that makes sense? It just doesn't suit them, so hmm...

I don't think I'm a Winter Cool... and Summer Cool is kind of ambiguous...

I want to know my personal color exactly.
Is there at least a reliable self-diagnosis method?

It feels a bit expensive to pay for it, so...
