Hello. I've been so stressed out lately because of my skin.
I tend to get a lot of acne on my face, especially on my forehead, cheeks, and chin. Since they are red and inflamed, they don't cover well with makeup and seem to actually get worse. I'm afraid that squeezing them with my hands will leave scars, but if I don't, they just stay there, so I'm conflicted.
I wash my face thoroughly and try to cut down on spicy foods, but my acne shows no signs of improving. I'm not sure if I should visit a dermatologist or change my lifestyle habits further. If anyone has had a similar experience, do you have any tips or methods that worked for you?
