Please recommend a matte cushion that doesn't cake.

The weather is gradually getting warmer, and I'm really worried that the sweltering heat will be here soon. It gets hotter every year, so it feels like I live most of the year in summer. The way my makeup runs down when summer comes is just awful. I'm looking for a matte cushion that stays matte without caking, and I used the Jung Saem Mool Essential Cushion well during the winter. Would the Jung Saem Mool Longwear be good for achieving a matte finish in the summer?
