My skin is dull; are there any products that are effective for whitening?

I'm not sure if it's because I didn't remove my makeup properly, but

Lately, my skin has been looking dull and turning an ochre color, so I'm worried.

Are there any products that are super effective for whitening?

It's a shame that I haven't seen any particular results even after trying various products following double cleansing.
