I really need to get rid of freckles and blemishes!!

Since my job involves a lot of sun exposure, I'm gradually getting freckles and blemishes.

No matter how much sunscreen I apply, freckles and blemishes are inevitable.

So, I feel like my face is getting darker for no reason because of the freckles and blemishes.

I really need an effective product to get rid of freckles and blemishes.

And is washing my face with rice water really good for whitening?
