Prael whitening device question

Many people do home skincare these days. I understand that LG Prael recently released a whitening device; has anyone used it? I'm curious about its effectiveness and price. The commercials claim it's effective enough to eliminate the need to visit a dermatologist, so I'm wondering if that's an exaggeration or if it really works that well.
